# Getting Started

## Installation

Run `dotnet add package KSPCommunityLib` on your project, or add

```xml
<ItemGroup>
  <PackageReference Include="KSPCommunityLib"/> 
</ItemGroup>
```

to the .csproj file. Pinning the version is highly encouraged

## Usage

Use any of the namespaces defined in the [API](api/index.md). All the definitions in this library are marked as `internal` which means they will only be accessible within your DLL, and will not interfere with other mods using KSPCommunityLib, even if they use different versions.
